Metro Stop
The Metro is brilliant - it can be crammed at times - but it is brilliant. Being from the UK we seem to have a transport system that is in no way reliable. It's refreshing to see an arrival time that not only tells you when the next Metro is due but when the next one is expected also.It arrives on time too!
It's a small detail really but it goes to show just how well a transport system can run. If the UK was as good then maybe more people will use other forms of transportation rather than the car all the time. Then again, the price in the UK is rediculous!
Metro Stop - For all the landmarks and beauty that is Paris the one defining memory of my trip will be the Paris metro. Using a 'Paris Visite' ticket, I used the metro to go from one end of Paris to the other and back again. It's the only way to get around Paris in my view!
